14+ year career progression in Health Care Insurance industry, culminating in promotion to management position where I was responsible for recruiting, supervising and evaluating the performance for GA Local Enrollment team, GA Local Contract Administration team of 5 professional associates, as well as, offshore processors from 3 offshore vendors (38 domestic exempt and non-exempt associates; 30 offshore vendor processors); Fostered an environment of excellence for a service team that continuously maintained and exceeded BCBS association service goals in production and quality throughout my tenure; Managed all aspects of Local E&B Membership- New Business, Subsequent Enrollment, EET and Employer Access and COBRA; Managed domestic and international vendor relationships to include developing and monitoring service agreements adherance, pricing and invoice reconciliation and payment; Developed training plans and curriculum for associate training in Chennai, India (Cognizant, Accenture) and Montego Bay, Jamaica (ACS, formerly e-Services). Managed an annual operating budget >$1M. Responsible for maintaining and implementing improvements for all electronic enrollment tools and technical interfaces.

Responsible for all news content of the Columbus Consolidated Government produced news program, NewsWatch; assign coverage for news events, including news conferences, city council, school board, specialty board and organization meetings, sports and governmental agencies. Anchored and produced weekly community-based news program, News Watch, covering news in Columbus and Fort Benning, GA; responsibilities included research and developing stories, building show rundown, writing copy, reporting, and editing of final show. Host community outreach talk show; booked and conduct interviews of on-set guests on various social political/social issues and community events.Fill-in host for “Urban League On Location” Sunday morning program (WLTZ)
